Social Worker Advanced Clinical Leader

The position delivers advanced level clinical services to clients of the Sexual Assault Response service and also those clients and their families/caregivers who are accessing Termination of Pregnancy services.
The Social Worker Advanced Clinical Leader works within the multidisciplinary team to provide high level, responsive and flexible social work assessment and intervention in acute, community and outreach facility settings with minimal clinical/professional supervision.
This position will be required to travel and work across South West Hospital and Health Services facilities. This may include overnight stays.
