Social Media Specialist

As we continue expanding our team, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and sharp Social Media Specialist to support our fast-paced and high-performing Marketing team.

This is more than a content job. As our Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in amplifying the Sweet James brand across platforms, turning scrolls into clicks—and clicks into clients. You’ll help us stay ahead of the competition by using analytics, trends, and platform-specific strategies to drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and lead generation.

You’ll be at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance marketing, working alongside our in-house creative and digital teams to build a winning online presence.

Responsibilities

· Own and execute the social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

· Develop content calendars and create original, on-brand, platform-specific content—posts, videos, Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.

· Leverage real-time trends, client wins, attorney features, testimonials, and thought leadership to drive engagement

· Monitor and report on performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other data dashboards

· Develop visuals, post timing, and formats to continuously optimize for performance

· Coordinate with paid social and content marketing teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategies

· Engage with followers and monitor online reputation across all channels

· Stay on the pulse of social and digital trends within the legal, consumer services, and performance marketing spaces.

Requirements

· 3-5+ years in social media management, preferably within - high-performance marketing team

· Proven track record of building and scaling social media accounts using data-driven tactics

· Strong portfolio of creative, engaging content across platforms

· Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), analytics platforms, and social schedulers (e.g., Later, Hootsuite)

· Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus

· Knowledge of personal injury law or legal marketing is a major bonus—but not required

· Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

· Must be a self-starter with a growth mindset and thick skin—we move fast, we test fast, and we win fast
