Role Overview:
The Social Media Specialist will play a critical role in shaping our social strategy by delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and ensuring our content drives engagement, reach, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with content, design, and marketing teams to turn data into strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Identify audience behaviour, engagement trends, content performance, and campaign impact.
Use tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and native platform analytics to build detailed reports
