Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, for social media posts and campaigns.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to our brand.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and developing effective social media strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
