Role Description: Social Media Marketing & Video Editor Specialist
Join our team to lead the school’s online presence through creative video content, social media growth, and results-driven digital marketing strategies. You’ll blend storytelling with data to engage parents, students, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Graphic Production
• Film, edit, and color-grade videos for school events, campaigns, and tutorials.
• Design eye-catching motion graphics (animated logos, explainer videos, etc.).
• Create posters, social media visuals, and infographics using Canva/Adobe tools.
Social Media Management
• Plan and schedule daily/weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions, respond to comments, and build online community engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and students to showcase school activities and achievements.
SEO Basics
• Research and apply relevant keywords (e.g., "best school in Pune") in website blogs and video descriptions.Optimize YouTube titles, tags, and thumbnails to boost search rankings and visibility.
Digital Media & Advertising
• Run small-budget Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for events and admissions.
• Monitor ad performance (clicks, conversions) and optimize budgets as needed.
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user engagement.
Marketing Fundamentals
• Assist in planning campaigns for admissions, festivals, sports events, and other key initiatives.
• Interview parents and students to create testimonial videos and written case studies.
• Support the creation of email newsletters and website content updates.
Must-Have Skills
• Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Social media management (using scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite)
• Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, meta descriptions)
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
Experience
• 3–4 years in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• A portfolio showcasing videos, graphics, or social media growth.
Education
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Bonus Skills
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for captions, Canva AI for design assistance)
• Experience working with schools, education brands, or similar organizations.
