Responsibilities

1. Content creation: Creating and updating social media posts and developing content plans.

2. Scheduling: Creating and managing posting schedules.

3. Engagement: Interacting with customers, responding to comments, and liking tagged photos.

4. Strategy: Developing and executing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer relations.

5. Advertising: Planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, and monitoring ad performance.

6. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

7. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

8. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

10. Trends: Staying up to date on digital trends and working with a team to identify and capitalize on social media trends.

11. Collaboration: Collaborating with designers and content creators.

Diploma/ Certificate in Social Media Marketing

Preferred skills:

· Copywriting and content production

· Digital literacy

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

· Working knowledge of web-based coding such as HTML and CSS

· Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
