Position Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and

managing social media campaigns in order to increase brand awareness, generate

leads, and drive customer engagement. This individual will work closely with the

marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that support overall

company goals. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be expected to monitor,

analyze, and report on the success of campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute social media plans and campaigns to increase brand

awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media

campaigns.

● Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns.

● Analyze social media trends and metrics to identify opportunities to maximize

reach.

● Monitor and respond to customer feedback and questions on social media.

● Stay up to date on social media best practices and trends.

● Build relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness.

● Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement across social media

channels.

● Monitor competitors’ social media campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● MBA degree in Marketing or HSC+ Digital Marketing Certification in a related field.

● 1 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing

● Hands-on experience in running paid social media campaigns

● Data-Driven approach

● Roll up the sleeves attitude

● Proficient in analytics and metrics-driven strategies

● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

● Experience with content management systems
