We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. Candidate has a minimum of 0-1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful marketing campaigns. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creative thinking, strategic, planning, executing, optimizing developing, and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights and customer feedback.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
• Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track the effectiveness of SMO efforts.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align SMO activities with overall marketing objectives.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest SMO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Implementing social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
• Utilizing social media listening tools to gain insights into audience preferences and behavior.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitors' social media strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
