Job Description
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms for Trakin Tech Channels.
About Trakin Tech
We are one of India's largest Technology YouTube channel with 13 Million subscribers. We are looking expand our reach of different social platforms with primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You will get to like minded people who live and breathe technology everyday.
About the role
Reporting to Head of Social, this exciting opportunity will play a key role in developing, growing, and converting our social media audiences across our technology and entertainment channels.
This is an individual contributor role, where Social Media Intern will have to ideate, research, and get output implemented on their own. They will be provided resources a videography and video editor team to get output done.
Mandatory
A technology nerd knowing your way around creating content like tips & tricks, testing latest AI Tools, and knowledge of how to use ChatGPT to upscale the content distribution on all of our 4 Channels including Hindi, English, Marathi, and Tamil.

Responsibilities
• Develop social media strategy for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create original short-form video content
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for company owned channels
• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use social media marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite and TweetDeck (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
• Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
Qualifications
• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience as a social media manager or a similar role (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Craft engaging content
• Organized and able to multitask
