Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate, plan, and create engaging content, especially short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Handle end-to-end social media management including posting, scheduling, and boosting content
Strategize and execute social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
Coordinate and arrange video shoots, including planning concepts, locations, and execution
Build and maintain a strong network/database of videographers, photographers, models, influencers, and creative agencies
Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand promotions and partnerships
Brief and coordinate with internal design and content teams for creatives and copies
Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with latest social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
Manage DMs, comments, and basic community engagement (if required)
Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Assist in running paid campaigns and optimizing ads for better ROI
Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams for campaign alignment
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Basic knowledge of content creation tools and video editing apps
Good communication and coordination skills
Creative thinking with a strong sense of trends and storytelling
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Basic understanding of paid ads and boosting strategies
Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
