Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels to reflect Ordinaree’s sustainable and design-driven ethos. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the content calendar, writing engaging captions, coordinating photoshoots or creative assets, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversions. The role involves monitoring trends, responding to community interactions and messages, collaborating with design, marketing, and production teams, and supporting campaigns and product launches. The Social Media Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and use insights to refine social media strategy and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and engage audiences across multiple platforms.
Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, craft, and adapt brand-aligned content for diverse formats and channels.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to represent the brand voice consistently.
Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or sustainable brands and an understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, scheduling and reporting tools).
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and alignment with sustainable, ethical, and inclusive brand values.
