SyncSkills is hiring a Brisbane-based Entry-level Content Creator to help create engaging TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content for a growing education startup.

About the role
We are hiring an entry-level Content Creator and Social Media Assistant who loves marketing, social media, storytelling, and brand building.
You do not need years of experience, all you need is hunger, curiosity, creativity, strong research skills, and proof you genuinely care about content.
This role is for someone who already studies TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reels, short-form video, hooks, trends, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling.
You will help us turn education, career advice, student success stories, behind-the-scenes moments, founder stories, and brand ideas into content people want to watch, share, and remember.
What You'll Bring

Some education brands feel boring, dry, and hard to connect with.
We want the opposite.
We want content that feels human, practical, emotional, fun, and useful.
You will help us take complex career topics and turn them into simple, engaging content for people who need clarity, hope, and direction.
What you will do
Research content trends across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Study what works in career, education, coaching, AI, startup, and personal brand content.
Turn ideas into hooks, scripts, captions, carousels, reels, and short-form video concepts.
Support video shoots in our Brisbane office.
Capture behind-the-scenes content.
Help plan weekly content themes.
Edit simple short-form videos or work with editors using clear briefs.
Suggest new content ideas based on research and audience behaviour.
Help make our brand feel more visible, trusted, and engaging online.
