Job Overview
We are an architectural and real estate photography + marketing studio that photographs some of the most exclusive and high-value homes in California. We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Content Creator with experience in real estate, interior design, or luxury branding.
You will join us on shoot days at stunning properties across Los Angeles to capture behind-the-scenes content, direct short-form video, and help shape our digital voice as we scale the brand into new markets in 2026. This hybrid role requires strong creativity, fast execution, and an ability to turn everyday moments into engaging content.
Responsibilities
Capture BTS content at photoshoots 3–4 days per week using iPhone, Ray-Ban Meta glasses, and provided gear
Direct and storyboard short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Create and manage daily posting schedules across all social platforms
Select the best photos from final real estate galleries for daily posts and story content
Design on-brand graphics, Instagram stories, and templates in Canva
Collaborate on-site with photographers to create engaging content showcasing luxury homes and architectural details
Produce content for both our brand and client brands (agents, developers, designers)
Build and maintain a social media management system to track KPIs, schedules, and campaigns
Create a data-driven social media marketing budget based on leads, engagement, and analytics
Review insights and performance metrics to guide improvements and future strategy
Stay current with social trends, real estate marketing styles, and platform updates
Maintain organized content libraries for efficient workflow
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media content creation (real estate, architecture, interior design preferred)
Strong creative direction skills and ability to “make magic out of nothing”
Proficiency with Canva (required)
Experience shooting vertical iPhone content and BTS video
Understanding of social media algorithms and daily posting best practices
Strong eye for selecting standout real estate and architectural imagery
Ability to attend on-site shoots several days per week in Los Angeles
Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and budgeting is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
Salary: $47,000–$56,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonuses:
$30,000 bonus if the brand reaches 100,000 organic followers within the first 6 months
6% total business profit share after 1 year of employment if the brand reaches 150,000 followers in the first calendar year
