Skills & Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
• Adept with nuances to increase the engagement in platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook, etc.
• Ability to ideate creative content (text, image and video)
• Be comfortable in front of the camera while hosting Video Interviews and making explainer videos for the brand.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Wordpress)
• Sufficient knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field is advantageous
Roles & Responsibilities
• Create and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Handling all social media channels of the company. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Proof-reading the content and ensuring Content quality.
• Conduct industry-related research in order to create original content relevant to target audiences.
• Performing keyword research and using SEO best practises to continuously improve the content.
• Track and monitor the progress of the delivered content using SEO and web traffic metric
