We are hiring for an off-shoot of RAL Group. We are hiring for Mamily Technology Pvt. Ltd. (An off-shoot of RAL Group). Mamily replaces reactive care with proactive and continuous care in the areas of Parenting and Maternity. Our holistic and personalized solution empowers people in decision making thereby making the journey from help to health. This is delivered through technology via the following; Evidence based specific programs developed by global experts to give them decisive knowledge to empower them in decision-making family-trained personal care guides for 1 on 1 hand holding expert moderated anonymous chat groups on area-specific topics. Regular interactions with experts from across the globe for specific help.
We have an opening for the position of Social Media Manager/ Digital Content Manager based at our corporate office at Okhla Phase - 2, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and execute social media strategies and campaigns that meet the company's objectives.
· Develop strategies to promote the company brand and build engagement on social media platforms. Effectively driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to social media pages.
· Achieve a strong, visible social media presence and develop concepts with viral potential.
· Maximize the engagement with respect to the targeted audience and brand's ideology. Supervise the paid marketing strategies of the clients to maximize the ROI.
· Monitor online reputation and ensure the success of company programs.
· Reach out to influencers for brand collaboration and strategize the execution as per the brand's need and objective.
· Plan, execute, and optimize the product promotional campaigns in order to generate sales through social media platforms.
· Drive social media campaigns (monitoring content to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
· Continuous assessment and reporting of social media marketing strategies to determine the rate of return. Identify and tap into new channels to optimize ROI and fuel revenue growth.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Media Planning, and buying, Facebook ad management, social media analysis, and optimization.
· Sound knowledge of social media tools as well as platforms, have the sense of creating and implementing successful digital campaigns.
· Experience in social media platforms and content creation for quality content.in handling large-scale campaign planning, and optimization for both performance and brand impact.
· A good understanding of tagging and hashtagging on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Knowing the trending keywords.
· Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in trends monitoring, alerting the creative team for the right content development.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Healthy business intellect to churn out faster and more sustainable profits.
