Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at Elfad Graphics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase client acquisition. You will collaborate with various teams to create compelling content and manage social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of politics, digital marketing, and content writing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to support the company's branding and marketing goals.
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities related to politics, digital marketing, and design.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
Implement social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual aesthetics across platforms.
Engage with the online community, influencers, and industry experts to foster partnerships and build brand advocacy.
Keep abreast of industry news, political events, and emerging trends to leverage opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in politics, digital marketing, or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and audience dynamics.
Strong understanding of politics, current affairs, and digital marketing trends.
Proficient in content writing, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
