Full Job DescriptionRole/ Job Title: Analyst - Social Media Monitoring

Function/ Department: Risk Containment Unit
Place of Work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
'1. Consist of browsing through various platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. to identify the misleading & suspicious contents.
2. To interact with various agencies & the off-roll staff to help in detection of such sites, and to bring these contents down via liaising with our vendor.
3. Required to utilized the services of various search engines to expand the universe & identify such dubious contents.
4. Tracking of dubious links & the constant follow-up, until they are brought down.
5. To identify such contents & report on real-time basis, which will require 247 monitoring.
Secondary Responsibilities :
'1. Any ad-hoc work, that comes up in RCU analysis or investigation part.
