Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation & Management
Develop and execute content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to showcase our jewellery collections.
Create engaging, visually compelling posts, stories, and reels that resonate with our target audience.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand aesthetic and values.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote new products, sales, and seasonal collections.
Help track the performance of social media campaigns, analyzing engagement, and optimizing strategies based on data.
Customer Engagement
Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms.
Build brand loyalty by creating a positive, interactive experience for followers and customers on social channels.
Product Promotion & Brand Awareness
Promote key products through storytelling, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Generate excitement and awareness about new jewellery releases, limited-time collections, and promotions.
Collaborations & Influencer Outreach
Assist in identifying potential influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and product promotion.
Support outreach and partnerships to increase brand visibility and reach through social media influencers.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and jewellery to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
Research competitor activity and trends to refine and improve our social media strategy.
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign success, track engagement, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Prepare weekly reports on social media performance, trends, and key metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Passion for social media marketing and the jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and their marketing potential.
Creative flair with a keen eye for design, photography, and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Previous experience or strong interest in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
