Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical SEO:
• Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize website structure, content, and performance for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all online content.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO):
• Develop and execute SMO strategies to drive audience engagement and brand awareness across various social media platforms.
• Create compelling and shareable social media content that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, respond to user comments, and manage online community interactions.
• Content Strategy and Reel Making:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video content ideas, particularly focusing on reel making for platforms like Instagram, Shorts
• Plan, shoot, edit, and optimize short-form video content to promote the brand and products/services.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in video content creation and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor website and social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to achieve marketing goals.
• Keyword Research:
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search traffic growth.
• Implement keyword optimization strategies to improve the visibility of the brand's online content.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experience with social media management and content creation, with a focus on platforms like Instagram and Shorts
• Basic video editing skills will be a plus and a genuine interest in reel making and short-form video content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
