Key Responsibilities
• Maximize YouTube revenue via ads, memberships, and branded content.
• Optimize videos for SEO, watch time, and audience retention.
• Lead social media growth, engagement, and influencer collaborations.
• Secure brand sponsorships and affiliate marketing deals.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

Qualifications
• 15+ years in YouTube monetization social media strategy.

• Strong SEO, analytics, and paid media skills.
• Experience in digital media, OTT, or entertainment preferred.
