We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can not only grow our brand online but also create high-performing, visually strong content — especially Reels and carousel posts — that connects with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook)
Ideate, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels — from scripting to execution
Use apps like InShot, CapCut, or VN for fast, aesthetic reel edits
Create daily carousel posts for product showcases, styling tips, and brand storytelling
Write engaging captions that align with our brand voice
Track performance metrics and report insights to improve strategy
Stay up-to-date with content trends, fashion aesthetics, and algorithm shifts
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle)
Strong skills in reel creation, content planning, and mobile video editing
Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for carousel and post design
Knowledge of current Instagram trends and performance strategies
Excellent writing and visual storytelling abilities
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver on deadlines
