Role Overview As a Social Media Executive, you�ll be the digital voice of our client's brand. You�ll manage day-to-day social activity, execute campaigns, analyze engagement metrics, and collaborate with our content and design teams to deliver high-impact content that drives growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and other media formats aligned with the brand tone Monitor trends and news to keep the brand relevant and culturally in-tune Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and reach Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams on campaign rollouts Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with digital marketing teams Requirements 1�3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of all major platforms and emerging trends Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing or UGC coordination What We Offer Competitive salary and growth path A collaborative and creative work environment Opportunities to experiment and take ownership of campaigns Flexible working hours (and remote-friendly!)
