Social Media Executive (ORM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive (Online Reputation Management Specialist) to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and enhancing our brand’s reputation across social platforms and digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.),forums, review sites, and other digital touchpoints. Online response management queries
Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, reviews, and queries to maintain a positive brand image.
Identify potential reputation risks and work with internal teams to manage and resolve them effectively.
Collaborate with the customer service, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and appropriate tone of voice.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports, highlighting sentiment analysis, trends, and engagement metrics.
Track and escalate serious issues to the relevant departments for faster resolution.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best ORM practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in Online Reputation Management or social media customer support.
Hands-on experience with ORM tools like Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Google Alerts, or Similar Web Monitoring Tools.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage negative feedback calmly and tactfully.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
