About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive / Content Writer to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, creativity, and experience in planning and executing social media campaigns for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Create engaging, original, and SEO-friendly content for social media, blogs, website pages, travel packages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
· Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
· Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal travel trends.
· Write compelling captions, reels/scripts, travel itineraries, destination descriptions, and promotional copy.
· Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
· Research travel destinations, tourism trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
· Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and community engagement.
· Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using analytics tools.
· Increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and lead generation through creative campaigns.
· Assist in planning influencer collaborations, contests, giveaways, and promotional activities.
· Update website content and travel package descriptions as required.
· Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and maintains high-quality standards.
· Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to promote new packages, offers, and travel experiences.
· Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
· Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
· Knowledge of SEO content writing and keyword research.
· Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
· Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
· Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social media performance metrics.
· Creative thinking with attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Passion for travel, tourism, and destination marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing.
· Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹9,989.08 - ₹35,722.18 per month
