About the Company:
Polar Quality India is a fast-growing importer and distributor of premium seafood and specialty foods in India. We operate across multiple metro cities with teams in sales, operations, culinary development, and import documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Content Creation
· Manage all company social media platforms, creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
· Develop, maintain, and execute a consistent social media content calendar.
· Design and produce creative assets (graphics, short-form videos, copy) tailored to the premium food industry.
2. Digital Marketing & Strategy
· Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate B2B and B2C leads.
· Manage digital campaigns, including email marketing and paid social media advertising, to maximize reach and ROI.
3. Digital Analytics
· Monitor online engagement, track campaign performance, and analyze key metrics.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize digital outreach, adjust strategies, and report on growth to management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience (0 – 2 years) and strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM basics, and social media management platforms
· Strong written and spoken English, with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills for professional digital communication.
· A creative mindset with a strong eye for digital brand aesthetics and current social media trends.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
