Houston MedSpa + Wellness is seeking a polished, high-level Digital Branding & Marketing Specialist to elevate and protect our luxury aesthetic and wellness brand.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands branding, strategy, design, psychology, and revenue growth.
You will work behind the scenes strategically, but you will interact with clients and represent our brand in-clinic when needed — professionalism and presentation matter.
Role Overview
You will oversee and execute our entire digital presence — ensuring our brand feels elevated, cohesive, and conversion-driven across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive luxury branding strategy
Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Google presence
Create, film, and edit high-converting content (reels, graphics, campaigns)
Update and optimize website content + SEO-driven blogs
Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads
Analyze data and adjust strategy based on performance
Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
Assist with launches, promotions, and campaign strategy
Oversee online reputation and engagement
Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong understanding of graphic design principles (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Website management experience (WordPress, GoDaddy, or similar platforms)
SEO and blog-writing experience
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required – not optional)
Portfolio of previous branding and marketing work

Understands conversion psychology
Detail-oriented with high standards
Respects medical marketing compliance

Highly Preferred
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry
Email automation platforms (gohighlevel)
Photography and lighting knowledge
CRM experience (Vagaro or similar)
Influencer marketing experience
Understanding of treatments such as PRP, Endolift, peptides, IV therapy
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives tied to growth metrics.
