Social Media Coordinator
Job Description
Social Media Executive is one who is responsible for handling social media accounts of clients by making monthly content sharing plans, coordinating with client, content writers and graphic designers for the smooth execution of monthly social media plans.
Responsibilities Deliverable
1. Monthly Social Media Content Calendar & Planning
2. Coordination With Client, Project Manager Content Writer & Graphic Designer
3. Posts Scheduling as Per Monthly Calendar
4. Competitive Analysis & New Plans as per Analysis
5. Developing managerial skills and social media growth hacks to grow into a social media manager and form a team of 4-5 social media executives.
Tasks & Activities
Social Media Calendar & Content Planning
• Making of Social Media Posts (content) calendar by doing online competitive research from online sources like facebook, Google search, Instagram, Linkedin and other tools.
• Planning Content as per the current trends and platform.
Coordination
Meeting with Clients
• Preparing for meetings via structured research about clients business, its competitors analysis, monthly plannings and other relevant requirements for creatives of client.
Meeting with Project Manager
Discussing monthly plans with the project manager and keeping him in loop about all the relevant communication with client and other team members.
Coordination with Team Members
Coordination with all the team members involved in the project like graphic designers or content writers for the smooth execution of project and conveying any specific requirement of client for creatives or content.
Tools Knowledge
• Knowledge of all Social Media Posting tools like Zoho Social, Sprout Social, Content Cal, Buffer etc.
• Knowledge of all Social media analysis and insights tools like Social Bee, Hubspot, Buffer, Hootsuite, Social Flow etc..
Insights & Analytics
• Make Analysis of Monthly Insights and Execute plans for Growth
• Provide Monthly reports of Social Media on 30th of Every month and forward to clients, discussing the same with the project manager.
Client Handling
• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
• Be the interface between the client and the operations team for smooth handling of social media plan.
Measurement Metrics
• Monthly Reports of Social Media
• Handling Minimum of 5 Social Media Client Accounts
• # of Posts on Social Media
• Engagement on Social Media
• Monthly Growth Compared to Previous Period Analytics
Competencies Required for Above Role
