POC Poses
POC Poses is a national creative platform and event ecosystem connecting artists, models, and photographers through inclusive figure drawing resources, books, workshops, and live events.
We are seeking a part time Social Media Coordinator to turn owner provided footage into consistent, high performing posts across platforms and help drive traffic to events, products, and email signups.
Position Details
Contract role
8 to 10 hours per week
$125 per week base pay
Hybrid (Atlanta area for one weekly in person working session)
Role Purpose
Package existing video and photo content into daily, cross platform posts using templates that grow audience, email signups, and ticket and product traffic.
Core Responsibilities
Content Formatting + Posting
plug owner provided footage into post templates
trim clips in CapCut
write short captions aligned with brand voice
format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
recycle photos into carousel posts
Scheduling + Publishing
schedule posts across platforms
maintain daily posting cadence
pin key promo posts
coordinate with owner on campaigns and launches
Event Support (Paid Separately)
capture quick testimonial clips at select events
film behind the scenes moments
coordinate with videographer when present
Design + Templates
use Canva templates and brand guidelines
submit new template ideas for approval
Analytics + Reporting
track basic performance metrics
provide weekly recap on:
– views
– saves
– follows
– clicks
– top performing posts
Weekly Deliverables
7 edited posts scheduled across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Leading Social Media Campaigns
daily posting cadence maintained
weekly metrics recap
Ideal Candidate
comfortable with CapCut and Canva
understands short form video
organized and deadline driven
enjoys working from provided footage
interested in creative, arts, or community brands
Atlanta based
Reliable transportation and laptop required
