About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Content Manager with 1–3 years of experience in the skincare or beauty space. This person will lead our content execution across Instagram, YouTube, and our website, with a strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing (SMM). They must be fluent in using the backend of Meta (Meta Business Suite) and comfortable managing content performance, reporting metrics, and upholding brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram and YouTube in alignment with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Manage Meta Business Suite: content scheduling, performance insights, and audience optimization.
• Upload and optimize videos on YouTube with attention to SEO, tags, thumbnails, and engagement strategies.
• Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs: growth, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
• Execute SMM campaigns focused on brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation.
• Write and optimize content for the website (blogs, product pages, landing pages) with a focus on SEO best practices.
• Stay up to date with beauty and skincare trends to guide content development.
• Manage expectations across departments and provide clear timelines, reports, and strategic input.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in social media/content management, preferably in skincare or beauty.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite (backend tools, reporting, scheduling).
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content optimization.
• Skilled in YouTube content management and video SEO.
• Strong understanding of SMM tactics, especially organic and paid social growth.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent visual and written brand identity.
• Comfortable interpreting analytics and turning them into actionable insights.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.

• Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
• Exposure to influencer collaborations or beauty campaign rollouts.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow.
