Job Description
***This is a creative internship for someone who lives on Instagram, understands aesthetics, and wants real brand-building experience — not just theory. You will create content that goes live on an actual growing brand's page, not a college assignment that no one sees.
About the brand
The Drip Secrets is a Kolkata-based premium attar and lifestyle brand — alcohol-free fragrances crafted for the modern Indian consumer. Our aesthetic is dark luxury: charcoal, gold, and bold character. We are building our digital presence from the ground up and this intern will be at the center of that.
What you will actually do
Instagram - Create 3–4 reels and posts per week — product showcases, brand stories, fragrance mood content
Copywriting - Write captions that match TDS's tone — confident, evocative, premium but accessible
Editing - Edit short-form videos using CapCut, InShot, or similar — transitions, text overlays, audio sync
Strategy - Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats relevant to fragrance and lifestyle niches
Reporting - Share a weekly content plan and monthly performance summary — reach, saves, follows gained
Monthly deliverables
(12–16) Instagram posts or reels per month
4 - Instagram stories per week
1 - Monthly content calendar submitted in advance
1 - Monthly performance report with insights
Stipend
Stipend is tied to deliverables — ₹1,500 base (minimum output) scaling to ₹3,000 (full output + quality). Partial output = partial stipend. This keeps it fair for both sides.
₹1,500 - Base stipend — minimum deliverables met, decent quality output
₹3,000 - Full stipend — all deliverables met on time with strong creative quality
Performance bonus
If any reel crosses 10,000 organic views in the month, an additional ₹500 bonus is paid for that reel — no cap on how many times this can be earned.

Who we are looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree — any stream, mass comm / media / marketing preferred
Active Instagram user who understands what makes reels perform — trends, audio, hooks
Comfortable with basic video editing on mobile (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Has a feel for dark, premium, luxury aesthetics — not bright and playful
Can write in English confidently — captions, brand voice, short copy
Reliable, self-driven, and meets deadlines without being chased
A personal Instagram page or any prior content work to show — even personal projects count
