Job Description
Two premium lakefront restaurants, two pubs, a steakhouse, a vibrant Mexican, an underground pizza bar and a Polynesian fusion restaurant. Could you bring all eight venues to life on social media?
We’re looking for someone who can easily jump between shooting and filming content in our venues, planning and scheduling in the office, and designing menus and brand marketing materials. A self-motivated individual who takes mouth-watering food shots, can easily capture a vibe, and takes good pride in design and branding.
This role is up to 30 hours a week. Applicants must be based in Queenstown and have the right to work in New Zealand.
You will:
Design and update marketing material including, but not limited to, social media posts, menus, and adverts.
Create, edit and schedule engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
Create and capture high quality photo and video content for all eight venues.
Ensure content is developed to support all priority channels and formats (feed, stories, reels, etc).
You'll have:
Proven skills at capturing food, drink and people content (photo and video).
Proven graphic design skills.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
Prior Hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
Your own phone or camera for filming and editing content
Sound knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Excellent time management skills to coordinate capturing and scheduling content
