Together, you’ll create content that gets attention, builds connection, and turns customers into loyal fans.
Your Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Content Creation
Develop and execute Paire’s social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Lead content ideation and creation across static, video, UGC, and influencer content
Stay on top of trends, viral moments, and pop culture, and turn them into content with a Paire twist
Produce content in fast, scrappy ways with limited resources
Manage the content calendar while staying flexible to jump on timely ideas
Performance Testing
Use social metrics to inform decisions and strategy
Analyse content performance and identify learnings and opportunities
Balance creative instincts with a testing mindset to iterate, experiment, and optimise
Report regularly on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next
Community Building Retention
Build real connections with our audience through daily engagement
Plan and execute initiatives that reward loyalty and drive conversation
Support influencer and UGC strategy
Manage EDM and SMS strategy as part of community building
Plan and execute monthly email content that feels as good as it performs
Ownership Initiative
Lead projects from ideation to execution
Be proactive and resourceful in finding new content ideas, trends, and opportunities
Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and purpose in everything we share
Who You Are
2-5 years experience in social media strategy, content strategy, or community management
A creative thinker with a strategic brain
Strong understanding of social media platforms, viral hooks, content trends, and internet culture
Analytical and performance-minded with a strong grasp of social media metrics
Confident in content creation, including scrappy, low-fi formats
Comfortable in front of the camera and ready to jump in when it makes sense for the brand
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
Strong copywriting skills and brand voice adaptability
Naturally curious, empathetic, and passionate about building community
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative environment
Bonus If You Have
Experience working in eCommerce, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brand
TikTok-native thinking or willingness to learn fast
Influencer and UGC strategy experience
Previous retention marketing experience (Email and SMS)
Graphic design or video editing skills (even if it’s Canva or CapCut)
