Social Media Support Executive (Blended Process)
Company: Leading BPO Organization Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site) Experience: Graduate Fresher
Salary: Up to ₹29,500 In-Hand (depending on interview performance) Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs) Perks: Both-side Cab facility / Travel Allowance (TA) provided
Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic, customer-centric Graduate Freshers to join our team as Social Media Support Executives. In this role, you will manage a Blended Support Process, handling customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining brand reputation across major social media platforms alongside traditional support channels. Key Responsibilities
• Support: Monitor, respond to, and resolve customer queries received via social media channels, chat, and voice (Blended Process).
• Brand Advocacy: Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging tone that reflects the brand's voice in the public domain.
• Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Mindset: A strong customer-first attitude with empathy and active listening skills.
• Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to rotational shifts and a fast-paced workflow.

• Not Eligible: B.Tech, BE, and MCA graduates will not be considered for this role. *Candidates currently pursuing a regular college degree must possess a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their institution. *Candidates must not have any upcoming academic or external exams scheduled for the next 4 to 6 months.
