About the Role:
Join our Communications and Digital Strategy team to support brand presence across digital channels. You will be the connective tissue between our brands (SHRED, BOXHOT, etc.) and our community, ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Track, log, and resolve customer complaints; manage ongoing case coordination and internal escalations.
Community Management: Monitor brand mentions daily (Meltwater) with a focus on Reddit and Instagram; manage DMs and community inboxes.
Content Operations: Maintain the social media content calendar, assist with swag fulfillment for campaigns, and update website content.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing/Brand teams and provide regular activity reports.
Qualifications:
Up to 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or customer service (internships welcome).
Proficiency with Reddit, Instagram, and MS Office.
Familiarity with Meltwater or Sprout Social is a major asset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be Toronto-based.
Experience in the ******** industry or bilingualism (EN/FR) is a plus.
