Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Assist in developing posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
Account Management: Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and foster positive interactions.
Analytics Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Trend Research: Stay updated on digital trends and recommend creative ideas.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
