Position Overview: As the Social Media Manager at Diamond Truck Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online brand identity and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. With over 30 accounts to manage, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our dealership's digital footprint. Your responsibilities will include content strategy, account management, and providing guidance to team members on video creation and content posting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
Manage and curate content for over 30 social media accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with our brand identity.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide guidance to ensure that video content is well-produced and aligns with our messaging.
Monitor social media trends and industry developments, adapting our strategy accordingly to stay ahead.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve our social media efforts.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and technologies to optimize our digital presence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency in video content creation and editing, with the ability to provide guidance to team members.
Strong analytical skills to track and measure the performance of our social media efforts.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for storytelling through social media.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus.
