We focus on fostering connections, providing modern amenities, and enhancing the living experience through engaging events and community activities. • Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across three key platforms, developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, and enhancing our brand’s online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, managing events, and driving community engagement both online and offline. • Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: - Manage and oversee our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals. - Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and multimedia). - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. 2. Branding and Content Creation: - Design and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms. 3. Community Engagement and Events: - Plan and execute online and offline events to foster community engagement. - Promote events through social media and other channels to ensure maximum participation. - Engage with the community by creating interactive and participatory content. 4. Strategy and Analytics: - Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual social media content calendars. - Analyze key metrics and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 5.
