Key Responsibilities
Content Creation Writing: Develop creative and engaging LinkedIn posts that highlight Yugma’s services, industry insights, and success stories.
Post Scheduling Publishing: Manage the scheduling and publishing of LinkedIn posts to maintain a consistent and active presence.
Engagement Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster connections and build a professional community.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about trends in recruitment, talent acquisition, and LinkedIn best practices to ensure our content remains timely and relevant.
Analytics Reporting: Track and report on the performance of LinkedIn posts to help optimize engagement and grow our network.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the founder and recruitment team to ensure the content aligns with Yugma’s brand and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content.
Interest in Recruitment HR: A passion for the recruitment industry or a desire to learn more about how talent acquisition works.
Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with fresh ideas to engage a professional audience on LinkedIn.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Proactive Self-Motivated: Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and work without direct supervision.
Familiarity with LinkedIn: Experience using LinkedIn, whether professionally or personally, is a plus.
Bonus Skills (Optional): Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) or experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
