Job Description
OB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with modern development stack (MEAN/MERN).
• Knowledge of databases – MongoDB, SQL, Bigdata
• Experience with NodeJS framework such as ExpressJS, Loopback, NestJS, PencilBlue.
• Knowledge of MVC/MVVM architecture and SVN/Git
• Experience with cloud server architecture such as AWS, Google Cloud or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering field
• Experience with Linux server architecture such as Ubuntu, CentOS, Ngnix and Apache.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Angular/JavaScript or PHP development role for a medium to large website
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services
• Having knowledge of Deployment, CI/CD is key benefit.
• Proven experience creating user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Capability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Proven experience managing of hosting environment, that includes database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
• Ability to setup, administer of backups, data migration, transformation, and scripting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Planning and defining architecture of software projects
• New application development using React/Redux, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript or equivalent
• Refactoring existing site features for improved performance and/or scalability
• Debugging, improving, testing code
• Writing/optimizing queries for improved database performance
• Interacting/supporting developers/teams with complex problems with projects
• Collaborative and peer development
• Working alongside Front-end Developers for integrating the user aspects of the application with the logic on the server side
• Integrating cutting-edge technology with legacy applications
• Collecting and rectifying design as well as technical issues
• Supporting and training the internal teams
• Developing reusable libraries and code for future use
• Keeping in contact with designers, developers and system administrators to look for new features
