Smoke Shop Cashier

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Requirements:
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy checkout area
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus

Note: Termination or Resignation within 30 days of starting the position (Probationary Period), pay is minimum wage. Upon successful completion of probationary period, base pay will begin.
