Job Title: Skip Tracer for Collections (NBFC/Fintech)
Experience: 2years(Skip Tracing & Collection).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Skip Tracer to join our collections team in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or Fintech setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tracing individuals for overdue payments, especially in high-bucket or hard-to-contact cases. This role requires proficiency in utilizing various tools and platforms to effectively locate and engage with defaulters while ensuring compliance with collection protocols.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in skip tracing and collections, ideally within the NBFC, Fintech, or Payday Loan sectors.
• Experience in Handling Bucket Cases(30-+0)days.
• Proficient in using tracing tools, CRM systems, and collection software for efficient account management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with defaulters and facilitate recovery.
• Skilled in utilizing social media platforms, professional databases, and online tools for tracing and verification.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all collection activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Old Bucket Cases (30-+0 Days): Manage high-risk and significantly overdue accounts by employing efficient tracing and recovery techniques.
Resolve complex cases with minimal information to achieve successful payment recovery.
Tracing Non-Contactable Defaulters: Use innovative methods to trace individuals with non-contactable or switched-off numbers.
Employ alternative tracing tools to gather leads and connect with defaulters.
Utilizing Multiple Tools for Tracing: Leverage a variety of online resources, such as social media platforms and professional databases (e.g., Naukri.com), to collect information.
Track and locate defaulters using advanced tracing tools and techniques.
Follow-Up and Customer Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls on pending overdue cases and ensure regular communication. Handle interactions empathetically while adhering to company collection policies.
Expertise in Collections (NBFC/Fintech): Manage backend processes like documentation, reporting, and overdue account management. Demonstrate a good understanding of payday loan and fintech company operations and collection strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work with the collections team to ensure cases are handled effectively and report progress to management.
