Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to our leadership team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of Skin Philosophy Training by managing schedules, coordinating initiatives, and acting as a trusted partner to senior executives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, capable of anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with the leadership team to plan, track, and execute key initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Schedule Management: Organize and maintain complex calendars, including meetings, appointments, and events, while prioritizing conflicting demands.
• Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and manage special projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient delivery of outcomes.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and schedules for domestic and international travel.
• Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
• Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure meetings are productive and decisions are implemented.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
• Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
