Duties
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently
Perform carpentry tasks such as , flooring, tile laying, and electrical wiring
Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to create durable structures and surfaces
Apply caulking, painting, and restoration techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential spaces
Assist with plumbing and electrical installations or repairs as needed for comprehensive home upgrades
Measure spaces accurately using construction estimating skills to ensure precise material use and project planning
Requirements
Proven experience in construction or home renovation projects with a focus on hands-on craftsmanship
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of Gyproc installation, tile laying, and painting
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Has own tools and truck
