Skilled Building Envelope Workers / Carpenters – Competitive Pay + Benefits
Renewal Constructions Inc. is a Vancouver-based general contractor specializing in building rehabilitation, building renovations, general contracting, roofing, and waterproofing. We are an established company with over 20 years in business, working on projects throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

We are currently looking for skilled building envelope workers, carpenters, and experienced construction workers to join our team.
We’re looking for hard-working, motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that takes pride in quality work.
Qualifications
Previous commercial or residential framing carpentry, construction, or building envelope repair experience
Experience with building envelope rehabilitation (windows, siding, waterproofing, membranes, flashing, roofing etc.)
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Valid BC driver’s license
Reliable, bondable, energetic and proactive team player with a positive attitude
Strong work ethic and ability to work safely on construction sites

Position Details

No day-to-day labor and no cash payments
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Majority of job sites are located in Vancouver and Burnaby
3 months probation
