We're hiring a Skilled Carpenter to join our crew. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want a stable, team-oriented environment - this is the place.
What You'll Do
Perform general carpentry on residential and light commercial projects
Work on additions, framing, decks, remodels, siding, and exterior renovations
Assist with metal roofing and pole barn / post-frame construction
Follow project scope, safety expectations, and company procedures
Work closely with Project Managers and crew members
Help maintain tools, trailers, and job site organization
Assist with cleanup and shopkeeping as needed
What You Need
3-5 years of carpentry, remodeling, or framing experience
Understanding of general construction best practices
Team-oriented with respectful communication skills
Dependable, adaptable, and safety-conscious
Physically able to work at heights
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation to job sites
Smartphone for time tracking (company systems provided)

$45,000 - $60,000 annually
