Sketch artist-Textile Embroidery

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Embroidery Sketcher who can create innovative embroidery sketches, design concepts, and artwork suitable for garments and textile products. The candidate should have a good understanding of embroidery styles, fabric aesthetics, color combinations, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create hand sketches and embroidery design concepts for garments and fabrics
Develop placement designs, motifs, borders, and pattern ideas
Coordinate with design and sampling teams for execution
Research latest embroidery and fashion trends
Prepare design references and mood boards
Suggest suitable embroidery techniques, stitch styles, and embellishments
Ensure designs are practical for production and market requirements
Modify sketches as per buyer/client or management feedback
Maintain proper design records and artwork files
Required Skills

Good sketching and creativity skills
Understanding of embroidery patterns and textile aesthetics
Knowledge of color combinations and fabric compatibility
Attention to detail and finishing
Ability to create traditional and modern embroidery concepts
Basic knowledge of embroidery techniques and garment styling
Good coordination and communication skills
Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
Relevant experience in embroidery/fashion/textile industry preferred
Experience

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Textile/fashion industry experience will be an added advantage
