Benefits
Pay Range: $30 to $50/Hour
Responsibilities
Maintaining and installing all plumbing in park-owned properties
Maintaining and installing all piping, drainage, venting ,all fixtures, leaks, backups, clogs and any other related issues
Winterization and startup of all plumbing in all the buildings
Interpreting blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
HVAC work including preventative maintenance changing filters, cleaning coils, changing belts and coordinating outside contract work
Refrigeration work including PM and diagnosing issues
Coordinate outside contractor work
Monitor and test fire protection pumps
Coordinate annual testing
Monitor sewer ejector systems
Monitor Fire protection piping and coordinate any outside contractor work
Repair any gas or propane leaks
Schedule hours for plumbing shop
Repair all air lines on rides and install new systems
