The company is responsible for railway rake unloading, yard management, material movement, billing, documentation, and other operational activities essential for cement production. Role Description
As a Site Supervisor – Raw Material Handling, Logistics & Operations, I supervise the daily unloading of raw materials, railway rake operations, yard management, and material shifting activities. I coordinate with dumpers, loaders, excavators, transporters, contractors, and plant officials to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. My responsibilities include manpower planning, task allocation, billing, documentation, operational reporting, PF & ESI documentation, statutory compliance, and maintaining workplace safety. I also monitor equipment utilization and ensure all activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
• Over 4 years of experience in Site Supervision, Raw Material Handling, Logistics & Operations.
• Strong experience in Railway Rake Operations, Yard Management, Material Shifting, and Equipment Coordination.
• Good knowledge of loading and unloading operations, workforce planning, and daily site supervision.
• Experienced in Billing, Documentation, Operational Reporting, PF, ESI, and Statutory Compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with plant officials, contractors, transporters, and field teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Computer Operations.
• Dedicated to workplace safety, operational efficiency, teamwork, and timely completion of site activities.
