Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Bihar
Experience: 3+ years preferred in the construction industry. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site. ( Projects mainly Irrigation, Roadways and bridges )
Monitor labour, subcontractors, and site progress.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and the Head Office.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor material usage and report site requirements.
Qualification:
Diploma/ITI /B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Mandatory: Basic knowledge/experience of NWAY ERP.
Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
Note: Candidates should be willing to work at any location in Bihar as per the company's project requirements
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving and team management abilities.
Ability to work independently at the project site.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
