Position: Site Supervisor (Electrical)
No. of Vacancies: 5
Project Locations:
• Delhi – 3 Positions
• Agra (Uttar Pradesh) – 1 Position
• Pratapnagar (Gujarat) – 1 Position
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor manpower deployment and ensure timely execution of work.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and utilization of materials at site.
• Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist during inspections, testing, commissioning, and handing over of the project.
Eligibility
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction/EPC projects.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and coordinate site execution.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the assigned project location.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
• Food & Accommodation provided by the company (where applicable)
• Travel Allowance as per company policy

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of cable laying, conduit work, panel installation, lighting systems, earthing, and electrical testing.
• Experience in Railway, Industrial, Commercial, or Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
